how to ask someone to a dance (nerd style)

I’m sure all of you know that there’s a dance coming up in the near future, and that if you come without a date, you’re either a super uber nerd, or dating someone outside of school. Therefore, I’ve decided to make it easy for you nerds to ask someone to the dance, but no results are guranteed (sorry, im an ego-booster, not a miracle-worker) And if that special someone said no, i have some tips for you too! First, evauate the situation- DO YOU EVEN HAVE A CHANCE WITH THIS PERSON?  Nerds have leagues- and asking someone above that league has an obvious answer – NO!. If you’ve breezed through step one, than think about that person’s friends. Would they approve of his/her choice of a date? Are they all crushing on the same person? If step two worked for you, think about your situation with this person. Are they just friends? Will they hate you for asking? And if step three was a no-brainer- GO FOR IT! You have absolutely nothing to lose (except ur dignity) by asking someone! And if it doesnt work out, you have a great story to tell you’re grandkids, if u actually end up getting married! And if you asked someone and they already said no, then go with your friends! So what if you’re deemed a nerd, or ugly, or fat or something. Atleast you have someone to hang with at the punch bowl! <3 hope my advice helped.
